Who am I?

I'm passionate about exercise, that's why I have been working and teaching in the fitness industry for 17 years.

 

I have qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Antenatal/Postnatal Instructor, Nordic Walking Instructor, Studio & Advanced Fitness Instructor and I attend regular training courses and workshops to keep myself up to date with industry changes and innovative, fresh ideas to keep you inspired.
