Freestyle Fitness Yoga

Freestyle Fitness Yoga classes are designed for the apparently healthy person and every element is validated from a fitness perspective.  It is a fitness program that incorporates stretch, strength & Yoga postures and anyone taking part can expect to improve their flexibility greatly in as little as 8 weeks.

 

You will learn how to identify the bodies stabilising muscles and use them effectively and efficiently to improve posture and move with more confidence.

 

FFY is not a spiritual experience, it is a contemporary approach to an ancient format.  It mimics Yoga in its breathing, focus and style offering postures that endorse strength and stability, taking on board modern fitness trends. There is no dogma, chanting or philosophy attached to this workout. There are no Sanskrit terms as postures are prescribed from the bodies natural anatomical perspective. FFY moves and postures are sequenced together to upbeat background music making transitions seamless and graceful.
