Current programme and schedule
Stage 1: Technique Course
A 6 week course to teach all the basic techniques of Nordic Walking. You will need to attend one of these courses before you can take part in stage 2 or 3
Stage 2: Regular Walk
Regular walk for those who have previously attended stage 1 technique course and have been approved by instructor as able to move onto stage 2

Stage 3: Fitness Walk
Longer walk usually around 2 hours or more with focus on social aspect, often with a stop for refreshments. You must have a reasonable level of fitness to enable you to sustain the distance and have been Nordic Walking regularly.
