I offer a FREE consultation to chat through what you would like to achieve out of your sessions and discuss ways we can get you to where you want to be in a realistic timescale. Healthy eating and dietary advice is something I also offer if this is something you would like to combine into your sessions.
When you are ready to start, I will offer you a postural assessment and incorporate corrective exercises into your programme.
The sky is the limit when it comes to choosing exactly how you would like to workout, whether it's outside or from my studio. Every programme is designed specifically for you in mind taking into consideration all your likes, dislikes and goals so you have a progressive programme that is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.
