Postural Correction

Using a postural correction assessment, I incorporate corrective exercises when designing your personal programme for personal training sessions to correct any postural distortions.

 

This takes into consideration any muscle imbalance, tonic and phasic musculature and postural distortions.

 

Once recognition of muscle imbalance and/or incorrect posture has been identified self myofascial release (foam rolling), flexibility, and strength exercises can be prescribed relevant to posture correction.
